Customer can lodge complaint by emailing to the nodal officer at cs@srinidhigroup.org
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & REVIEW
Complaint will be acknowledged within 48 hours and taken up for review by the Nodal officer.
RESOLUTION BY THE COMPANY
Complaint will be examined internally, and resolution will be provided within 30 days from the date of complaint.
